Welcome to Unit 1 of Triad Triumph! I encourage you to spend as much time as necessary in this unit to internalize and memorize all of your major triads all over the neck, before moving on. This could take a long time, and that's ok - it's all about the journey, and not the destination when it comes to learning and playing music! The more present and patient you are while you learn and play, the faster you'll make progress. The importance of this course and these exercises in your development cannot be overstated. Triads are the foundation of harmony in music! Pianists learn their triads in the first weeks of playing. Guitarists often spend decades playing before really understanding how these chords are laid out across the fretboard - if ever!
